Mr. Md. Irshad, learned AC to SC-1 for the State has informed this Court that police has looked into the complaint of the petitioner and has found that against the writ petitioner there is a case being Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 08/2017 in which the writ petitioner with her husband are accused, in the said case investigation has been completed and a charge-sheet no. 312/2017 has been submitted against all the F.I.R. named accused persons. The petitioner and her husband are absconding. It is further stated that the allegations of demanding Rs. 6000/- for institution of a case has been found false. In the circumstances stated above, this Court finds no
Patna High Court CR. WJC No. 2639 of 2017(2) dt.14-12-2022 2/2 reason to entertain this Writ Application. It is dismissed, accordingly.
