NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER 07-12-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Central Co-operative Bank Ltd., Nawada, respondent no.3.

Petitioners pray for release of the Provident Fund dues with compound interest which remained unpaid although the amount has already been deducted for the head of G.P.F. from the salary of the petitioners. Petitioners retired from the post of Bank Manager on different dates in between 2001 to 2010 from different Branches of the said Bank.

He submits that some of the employees of the Central Co-operative Bank have received the amount of the G.P.F. with interest but the petitioners are being discriminated in this regard. It has been submitted that a representation has been filed by the petitioners before the respondent no.3, the Managing Director,

Patna High Court CWJC No.8570 of 2018(2) dt.07-12-2018 2/2 Central Co-operative Bank Ltd. On 24.03.2017 but no action has been taken till date.

Considering the nature of prayer and the relief claimed, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.3 to dispose of the representation so filed by the petitioners, as contained in Annexure-1, dated 24.03.2017 within a period of three monthss from today and the admissible amount be paid to the petitioners within a period of one month thereafter. If any amount is not payable to the petitioners, the same shall be reflected therein by speaking order sent to the petitioners by registered post.
