JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-02-2019 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nawada (Town) P.S.Case No. 538 of 2018 registered under Sections 30(a) and 37(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Allegation is of recovery of 2.5 litres of liquor from the house of the petitioner and apart from that, he is accused in one more case.

Heard learned APP also.

In view of allegation and criminal antecedent against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to him rather he should surrender within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and make prayer for regular bail, which shall be considered and disposed of on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order, if
