2. This writ application has been filed for the issuance of a direction to the Superintendent of Police, Aurangabad, to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner on November 10, 2022, i.e., Annexure P/6 A to this writ petition, by which the petitioner seeks protection with regard to the

3. In view of the limited prayer made on behalf of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the Superintendent of Police, Aurangabad within a period of six weeks from today.

4. In the event such a representation is filed by the petitioner, the Superintendent of Police, Aurangabad, is directed to dispose of the aforesaid representation after hearing the parties in accordance with the law, preferably within a further period of six months from the date of receipt/filing of the representation.
