====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 22-12-2016 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Perused the impugned order dated 20.09.2016 passed by Civil Judge(Sr. Div.) IX, Gopalganj in Title Suit No.278 of 1997 whereby the learned Court below has only allowed the amendment application recording a clear finding that the suit is at the very initial stage although, it was filed in the year 1997. From perusal of the amendment application, which is annexed to this civil miscellaneous application, it appears that all the amendments sought for by the plaintiff are in the nature of correction only.

Thus, I find no jurisdictional error in the impugned order and accordingly, this civil miscellaneous application is dismissed.
