2. The petitioner is in custody since 12.09.2014 in connection with East Colony P.S. Case No. 45 of 2014 for the offences alleged under Section 7 of the Essential Commodity Act.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as even according to the seizure report, the bags of rice do not bear any marking of FCI or SFC. The petitioner disowned the recovered rice, submitting that he has been implicated on suspicion without any verification of the stock or records.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner Kuldeep Singh be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46170 of 2014 (3) dt.04-02-2015 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger, in connection with East Colony P.S. Case No. 45 of 2014 with condition that the petitioner shall remain physically present in Court on each and every date during trial and in the event of failure on two consecutive dates, his bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled by the learned Court concerned.
