Case No.116 of 2010, appertaining to Sessions Trial No.584 of 2013, pending before the learned 4thAdditional District & Sessions Judge, Motihari, East Champaran.

From perusal of the order of the learned Trial Court refusing bail to the petitioner, it is apparent that charges have been framed and six witnesses including the informant have been examined. There is no denial and they all supported the case of the prosecution.

Be that as it may, let the petitioner namely, Umesh Yadav be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46160 of 2014 (03) dt.11-02-2015 2/2 Rs.10,000.00 (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 4thAdditional District & Sessions Judge, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Sessions Trial No.584 of 2013, arising out of Adapur (Harpur) P.S. Case No.116 of 2010.
