JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-02-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Muffasil (Singhaul) P.S. Case No. 330 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504, 506, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioners is of assault to the informant and specific allegation of assault is against Chhatish Paswan.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9957 of 2019(2) dt.19-02-2019 2/2 that no specific allegation has been attributed against these petitioners.
Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Begusarai, in connection with Muffasil (Singhaul) P.S. Case No. 330 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
