The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Bochahan P. S. Case No. 362 of 2019 for offences under Sections 147, 149, 283, 332, 333, 353 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner was one of the members of mob involved in blocking road and pelting stone on the police officials. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to him. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7167 of 2020(2) dt.29-02-2020 2/2 within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Judge 15 cum ACJM 14, Muzaffarpur in connection with Bochahan P. S. Case No. 362 of 2019 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.
