Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Khutauna P.S. Case No. 83 of 2019 registered under sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner is neither the owner of the truck or the motorcycle in question. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 11.12.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29408 of 2020. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 83 of 2019 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
