The two petitioners were allegedly caught at the spot while they were attempting to load on a boat two logs of forest produce in the form of a tree which was felled by them. They were also found in possession of the instruments for being used in cutting and felling of the tree.

The petitioners were undeniably arrested on 17.8.2014 and the submission is that the petitioners have remained

Let the above named petitioners be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds each of Rs. 5,000/-( five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran, in connection with Indian Forest Case No. 108 of 2014.
