Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 383 of 2022 dated 07.11.2022 lodged under Sections 306 of the I.P.C.
As per the prosecution case, the informant narrated that his younger brother committed suicide due to torture and harassment of his wife.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Learned counsel submits that the place of occurrence is not the house of the petitioner rather it is the original house of the victim itself.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9057 of 2023(2) dt.03-05-2023 2/2 Counsel further submits that the antecedent of the petitioner is clean and she is in custody since 07.11.2022. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Araria in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 383 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.
With this observation, the bail application stands allowed.
