No. 7667 of 2018 the directions have been issued to the District Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua which has been wrongly mentioned due to typographical error in the cause title of the writ petition. The correct description of Respondent Nos. 2,3 and 4 are The District Magistrate cum Collector, Rohtas at Sasaram, The District Mining Officer, Chenari, Rohtas at Sasaram and The District Transport Officer, Rohtas at Sasaram and not Kaimur at Bhabua.

Patna High Court MJC No.1467 of 2018(2) dt.15-05-2018 2/2 The aforesaid corrections be read into the order and the order passed on 24.04.2018 in C.W.J.C. No. 7667 of 2018 be now complied with by the District Magistrate cum Collector, Rohtas at Sasaram.

Petitioner is directed to make the corrections in the cause-title of the writ petition also.

With the aforesaid modification, the application stands disposed of.
