JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 06-03-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 291 of 2019 for offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 447, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. The allegation against the petitioners is general and omnibus in nature and there is no specific allegation of any overt act against them. Considering the aforesaid, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Let petitioners, above-named, in the

No.12625 of 2020(2) dt.06-03-2020 2/2 event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 291 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
