Fifty bags of Mahua Flower was seized from a pickup van of which petitioner happens to be a driver and for that petitioner is under custody since 09.09.2015.

Furthermore, from para-3 of the petition, it is evident that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner Ajay Kewat @ Ajay Chaudhari is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Amba P.S. Case No.73 of 2015.
