JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-02-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kanti (Panapur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 581 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is of kidnapping of minor daughter of the informant by one Bipin Kumar Sah and it is alleged that petitioner being father is not co-operating, rather abusing the informant and others.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that FIR itself shows that she fled away with Bipin Kumar Sah and petitioner has been made accused only because he is father of Bipin Kumar Sah and he is in custody since 25.11.2019. Heard learned APP also.
