Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Special P.P. for the Vigilance.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Dhoraiya P.S.Case No. 54 of 2019.

As per allegation, some appointments were made for the post of Block Teachers after producing forged and fabricated educational certificates. As per the allegation, the petitioner being Mukhiya was Chairman of the Appointment Committee. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that on similar footing Jamila Khatoon who is also Mukhiya has been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr.Misc. no. 69915 of 2019. On the other hand, learned counsel for the Vigilance has submitted that the petitioner was the Chairman of the

No.8896 of 2022(2) dt.05-09-2022 2/2 Appointment Committee and she along with other members of the Appointment Committee had signed the appointment order of Niraj Kumar who had produced forged certificates. Considering the fact that on similar footing Jamila Khatoon has been granted anticipatory bail, let the petitioner above-named in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned .C.J.M. Banka in connection with Dhoraiya P.S. Case No. 54 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time as provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
