Petitioner is supposed to be "Mama" of the husband of the deceased and it is the stand of the petitioner that there is nothing against him except for the fact of his relationship.

In view of the above, looking at the generality of the allegation bail application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above-named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000 /- (twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Laukariya P. S. Case No. 67 of 2014.
