2. This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No. 425 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 394, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner has been rejected vide order dated 29.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 75910 of 2023.

4. As per the prosecution case, three unknown criminals shot at the deceased ad snatched his motorcycle.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that all the witnesses have been examined in the trial. The

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9615 of 2025(2) dt.18-04-2025 2/2 petitioner is in custody since 22.08.2023.

6. Considering the fact that the trial is at the verge of conclusion, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
