JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 20-12-2017 The instant writ application has been filed for redirection to the respondents to pay arrears of salary from 1996-97 to 2004-2005 on account of revision of pay scale and allowances admissible to the University teachers on implementation of UGC pay scale. The matter is pending at the level of the University. The Registrar Bhupendra Narayan Mandal University, Laloo Nagar, Madhepura is directed to examine the claim of the petitioner for payment of arrears of salary on account of revision of pay scale and ensure payment of admitted dues within a period of three months from the date of

In the event, the respondents do not find merit in the claim of the petitioner, they are required to give reason for refusing payment of arrears by reasoned speaking order within the aforesaid period mentioned hereinabove.
