This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code. The First Information Report is against unknown. It is submitted that neither any recovery has been made from the possession of the petitioner nor he has been put on Test Identification Parade and the only material against the petitioner is the confessional statement of the co-accused, namely, Rudra Nr. Mehta. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Araria in connection with Raniganj P.S.
