2. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 302 of the Indian Penal Code, which was earlier rejected vide order dated 24.7.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6922 of 2023 with a direction to trial court to expedite and conclude the trial.

4. In compliance of order dated 16.2.2024, a progress report dated 1.4.24 sent by Sessions Judge, Sitamarhi has received which suggests that case is pending for hearing the charge.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no hope to conclude the trial in near future. He further

6. There is no new ground to reconsider the bail prayer of the petitioner. Hence, this application stands disposed off.

7. The learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of six months positively, failing which, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) sushma/- U
