Petitioners are accused in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No. 116 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 147, 149, 302 and 504 of the I.P.C.
The accusation is of causing assault by petitioners and four others named in the F.I.R. at the head of the father of the informant, who fell down, and the villagers brought him Hospital for treatment, but the Doctor declared him dead. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that while there is general allegation against the petitioners and four others to cause head injury at the informant, but only one injury was found on the head of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51006 of 2015 (3) dt.05-02-2016 2/2 informant in the Postmortem Report. It is also submitted that petitioners are in custody since 10.08.2015.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Saran at Chapra in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No.116 of 2015. Out of two sureties, one surety must be parents or close relatives of the petitioners.
