JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-05-2018 The writ petitioner, by way of the present writ petition, has sought for the following reliefs:- (i) To issue an appropriate order and direction commanding the Respondents to appoint the Wards/nominated successors of the petitioner on the post of Chowkidar/ Dafedar against his respective Post and place of posting.

(ii) To issue further appropriate writ or order/ directing commanding the Respondents to pay all consequential benefits to the designated successor of the petitioner after his appointment.

(iii) This Hon'ble Court may adjudicate and hold that it was the duty of the Respondent authorities to appoint the nominated

Patna High Court CWJC No.8622 of 2018 (2) dt.04-05-2018 2/2 persons/successors of the petitioner as per his recommendations in terms of the positive recommendations made by the Respondent Circle Officer.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case he is granted a liberty to file representation before the respondent no.3 and the respondent no.3 may be directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a specified time frame.

Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner shall file a representation before the respondent no.3 regarding his aforesaid grievances within a period of two weeks from today and the respondent no.3 is directed to dispose of the same within a period of four weeks thereafter.

The writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
