On 15.02.2024, the following order was passed:- "Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to add the Handball Association of Bihar as respondent no.08 which as per the petitioner is not a registered body and is being funded by the government authorities for their own personal reasons.

3. List this case on 22.02.2024 for further hearing.

4. In the meantime, respondent nos. 02, 03, 05 and 06 will file their separate para-wise counter affidavits in the matter failing which the respondents will personally appear before this Court on the next date of hearing.

5. Mr. Ajay is appointed as Amicus Curiae in the present case to assist this Court.

6. The respondent no. 5 will not release any fund in favour of newly added respondent no. 08."

By the aforesaid order, the respondent nos. 2,

Patna High Court CWJC No.2371 of 2024(3) dt.18-03-2024 2/2 3, 5 and 6 were directed to file their separate para-wise counter affidavit but, only one counter affidavit has been filed by the respondent no.2.

One last chance is given to respondent nos.

3, 5 and 6 to file their separate para-wise counter affidavit. 5.

The petitioner claims to be a registered association and has submitted that the Government authorities are releasing the funds in favour of an association which is not a registered association.

The respondents are directed to file audited accounts, activity report, PAN Cards and the income tax returns of the petitioner association as well as the association which is recognized by them.

If any information is withheld from this Court by the respondents then the personal appearance of all the respondents shall be ordered.

List this case on 22.03.2024 at 10:30 A.M.

for further hearing.
