The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pakribarawan P.S. Case No. 40 of 2013 registered under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is husband of the deceased. There is allegation of demand and subjecting cruelty and victim was murdered by her husband and other family members and dead body has been disposed off without conducting the post mortem. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that deceased died in the hospital and her Fardbeyan has been recorded in the hospital Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. However, if the petitioner may surrender in the court below and
