Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- We find the present petition to be totally misconceived on the following counts:- (a) There is no reference of any embezzlement having taken place, with respect to any employee posted in Bihar; (b) The cause of action, if any, has not arisen within

Patna High Court CWJC No.2556 of 2022 dt.04-03-2022 3/3 the territorial limits of the State of Bihar. The present petition is even otherwise misconceived for lack of material particulars. There is no reference as to how a sum of rupees fourteen hundred crores, as is so averred in Paragraph 14 of the petition, stands 'swindled' under the pretext of Modified Assured Career Progression (M.A.C.P.) Scheme.

As such, the present petition, devoid of material particulars, only merits dismissal.
