JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 05-12-2022 This writ application has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "I. For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus or any appropriate writ, order/orders, direction and commanding upon the respondents no. 2 and 3 to give provide protection of life and property to the petitioner and his family members due to atrocity of the private respondent no. 8 to 10 have been compelled to have their native village with property.

For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and direction up on the respondents, no. 4 and 5 to compliance the order passed by the learned court of Sub Divisional Magistrate, Biroul, Darbhanga in Misc. Case No. 913 of 2015 dated 17.10.2015 U/S 144A P.C. Case no. 08 of 016 dated 05.11.2016 and Kusheshwar Asthan P.S. Case No. 108 of 2013 dated 02.04.2013. III. For issuance of an appropriate writ in nature of mandamus commanding and direction up on the respondent no. 6 and 7 to possession over the land to the petitioner on which forcibly occupied by the respondent no. 8 to 10.
IV Any other relief/relief in which the petitioner may be found entitled to the facts of the case". The writ application was filed in the year 2018, at this stage no one is putting appearance on behalf of the petitioner to press this writ application. It seems that by efflux of time the petitioner has lost interest and is no longer interested in the reliefs prayed for.
