2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No.274 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 316(2), 316(5) and 318(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The petitioners are accused of committing fraud of Rs. 9,41,712/-. Subsequently, Rs. 10,22,116.40/-has been deposited by the accused persons. The petitioners are in jail since 22.12.2024.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 274 of 2024.
