The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 307, 386, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

It is contended that the petitioner, though named in the first information report, however, there is no allegation of firing by him causing the sole injury upon the victim. It is contended that one of the co-accused Munmun Kumar has already been granted bail vide Annexure 4. Having regards to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, namely, Rahul Kumar is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50191 of 2015 (2) dt.10-11-2015 2/2 Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge VII, Danapur in Danapur P.S.
