After some arguments, Mr. Vindhy Keshari Kumar, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition, considering the present status of petitioner's trial as the same has proceeded, with a liberty to raise the petitioner's grievances relating to the grounds which have been taken in the present petition before the trial court during the course of trial.
