3. As per the prosecution case, the FIR has been lodged against the petitioner with an allegation that he was running an illegal arms factory in his house.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner is in custody since 12.08.2022 having no criminal antecedent.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the seizure list reflects the recovery of a total of 39 materials used to manufacture illegal arms. The petitioner was found indulged in the manufacturing of illegal arms.

7. In the present facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.
8. Accordingly, the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in connection with Pauthu P.S. Case No. 86/2022, corresponding to G.R. No. 1871/2022, pending before the learned J. M. 1st Class, Aurangabad is hereby rejected.
9. However, the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial at the earliest preferably within one year. If the trial is concluded within one year, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after one year from today.
10. With this observation, the bail application stands disposed off.
