This is an application on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail for the offence punishable under section 366-A/34 IPC in Sikandara P.S. Case No. 138 of 2014.

On perusal of the FIR it appears that the victim, the son of the informant, was kidnapped by two persons specifically named therein for realization of lawful dues. The FIR gives an impression that the co accused Harjit Ravidas had lent some money to the victim which was being denied by him. On account of this the victim was kidnapped.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and is in

No.47845 of 2014 (3) dt.15-05-2015 2 / 2 custody since 06.09.2014 In the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner abovenamed is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in Sikandara P.S. Case No. 138 of 2014 on condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be his own/close family member. The petitioner shall appear in person on each date fixed at the trial. In case of default in appearance on two consecutive dates the trial court shall cancel his bail bonds.
