JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 14-10-2015 Heard Sri Manish Kumar No. 2, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Indra Mohan Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.

Sri Indra Mohan Kumar, learned counsel, submits that he has received "Vakalatnama".

This is fifth attempt for grant of bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that he is not pressing the bail petition but he submits that since all the prosecution witnesses have already been examined in the month of June, 2015, this court may direct for conclusion of the trial without any delay.

In view of fair stand taken by learned counsel for the petitioner, there is no reason to refuse the same. The petition stands dismissed with an observation that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49097 of 2015 (2) dt.14-10-2015 2/2 the learned trial court may take all steps, so that, trial may come to its logical end without unnecessary delay. Learned counsel for the informant undertakes that he will not take unnecessary adjournment and he will also co-operate in concluding the trial without any delay.
