This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Kako P.S. Case No. 93 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner and the injuries sustained by the injured, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
