2. The present petition has been preferred for following reliefs:

A) For the issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders direction/directions to the Respondent authorities to immediately create jamabandi of land (Tauzi No.-3901, Thana No.-329, Khata No.-2512, Khesra No.-11800 & 11801, Area- 5 katha and 13 dhur under Mauja- Gaura, Mahal-Mirjapur Nasiran) on the name of petitioner and his co-sharers and after fixation of rent issue rent receipt of

B) For the issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction /directions to the respondent authorities to complete the all formalities within a reasonable period because the land is question has been purchased in the year 1958 by the father of petitioner namely Savrali Mian @ Mohd. Sabir Ali son of Dhakal Mian by a registered deed. Land in question is in peaceful possession of petitioner and other co-sharers for last about 58 years and their residential house is constructed over the land in question.

C) For any other relief/reliefs to which the petitioner is found entitled under the facts and circumstances of the present case.

3. The prayer of the petitioner is very simple to take into consideration his prayer for creation of Jamabandi and, if, satisfied with the documents, to pass an appropriate order.

4. The writ application was preferred in the year 2016 and today on call, learned counsel for the State submits that he will have to seek instruction and file counter affidavit.

5. This Court has two options, either to impose cost and allow the adjournment, alternatively, to direct the respondent Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Teghra, Begusarai to pass an appropriate order on the petition of the petitioner as the matter is

6. In that background, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the concerned Authority in next four weeks who shall after hearing the parties including the Circle Officer, Teghra shall take the matter to its logical conclusion in next eight weeks from the date, petition comes before him along with requisite fee.

7. This writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
