2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for issuance of writ of Mandamus commanding the respondent authority particularly Anchal Adhikari, Shambhuganj respondent no. 3 to comply the order dated 28.10.2013 passed by the D.C.L.R., Banka in B.L.D.R. Case no. 122/2013-14;

Patna High Court CWJC No.18031 of 2016(2) dt.05-08-2025 2/2 (ii) for issuance of writ of Mandamus commanding the respondent authority to take all effective measure for measurement of the land of old plot no. 675 Area 14 decimals situated in Village Belari Khata no. 24, Plot no. 675/1053;

(iii) for issuance of such other writ / order / direction, which may deem fit and proper for the ends of justice.

3. It has been informed by learned counsel for the petitioner that with the passage of time the writ petition has become infructuous and as such he may be permitted to withdraw the same.
