This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Kachhawa P.S. Case No. 46 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 (1-aa), 25(1-ba), 26, 27, 35 of the Arms Act. Considering the allegation against the petitioner, this regular bail application is allowed.
