The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 474, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66 (C) of the I.T. Act.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that the police party reached at 90 feet road, the petitioner tried to flee but he was arrested on spot who disclosed this fact that he was indulged in the business of Cyber crime by enticing the people. Upon search, several ATM Card, mobile phones along with different cheque books were recovered from possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has

It is further submitted that no any persons have claimed against the petitioner in respect of seized material. During investigation, nothing has come against the petitioner to show his involvement in the alleged offence. It is further submitted that the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 18.9.2022. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as custody of the petitioner, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No. 569 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna.
