JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT & ORDER Date: 23-11-2017 This application has been filed seeking direction to the respondents, more particularly the authorities of Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Darbhanga (in short 'the University') to strictly implement the orders of this Court, dated 17.03.2017, passed in
Patna High Court CWJC No.18855 of 2016 dt.23-11-2017 3/3 C.W.J.C. No. 15179 of 2015, and 28.01.2013, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 22901 of 2012, in relation to constitution of Governing Body of Sant Kabir College, Samastipur, which, according to the petitioner, is an affiliated college of the University. A direction for reconstitution of the Governing Body, in terms of the said decisions of this Court, is also being sought in the present application.
2. The petitioner, in the present writ application, has not stated as to how is he aggreived and what is his locus standi to seek relief, as sought. Further, no writ, in the nature of writ of mandamus, is required to be issued for implementation of any direction already issued by this Court.
3. This application, in my view, is misconceived and is, accordingly, dismissed.
