JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 05-02-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Siwan Town P.S. Case No. 655 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping of daughter of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn my attention towards Annexures 2 and 3, which are statement of victim girl recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and the report of Medical Board, that shows that she is major and she was found to be aged in between 18-19 years and she had gone on her sweet will and petitioner is in custody since 1.12.2019. Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6805 of 2020(2) dt.05-02-2020 2/2 Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, in connection with Siwan Town P.S. Case No. 655 of 2019.
