The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 326, 307 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the allegation, the petitioner has assaulted her 10 years old brother-in-law (Dewar) causing injuries. It is alleged on behalf of the petitioner that she is a lady and has remained in custody for about six months along with a child in her lap. It is submitted that charges have already been framed. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case specially the period of incarceration and the petitioner is a lady who is in custody with a child in lap, the petitioner, Jitni Devi
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50230 of 2015 (2) dt.10-11-2015 2 / 2 is directed to be released on bail on her furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 2nd Addl. Sessions Judge, Jamui in connection with Simultalah P.S. Case No.21/2015. If the petitioner fails to remain present on two consecutive dates during the course of the trial without any reasonable cause being shown, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
