Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects within four weeks of resumption of normal court proceedings. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within stipulated period, office will place the matter before the Bench. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 384 of the Indian Penal Code.
Vide order dated 20.05.2022, case diary was called for. The same has been received.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. No such occurrence, in
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21520 of 2021(3) dt.27-06-2022 2/2 the manner as alleged, has ever taken place. The allegation leveled against the petitioner is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. On perusal of the case diary and the injury report, it is evident that the injuries on the informant's side is grievous in nature. Considering this fact, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The prayer for anticipatory bail made on behalf of the petitioner named above is hereby rejected. This application is dismissed.
