2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 538 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. The petitioners and other accused persons are said to have assaulted the victim with fists, slaps etc.
4. From the postmortem report, it appears that the victim has sustained two abrasion. The petitioners are in jail since 10.11.2024.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10038 of 2025(2) dt.06-03-2025 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st East Champaran, Motihari/ concerned Court in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 538 of 2024.
