The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 506, 384, 386, 387, 34 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation of demand of ransom is against unknown person. The petitioner is in custody since 08.08.2019 on remand from some other case. There is no direct evidence against the petitioner in this case. Only material against the petitioner is his criminal antecedent.

Considering the fact that there is no evidence in this case against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below and shall give undertaking that in default of the petitioner, their bail amount would be forfeited.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the territorial jurisdiction of the court without permission of the trial Court. (Birendra Kumar, J) shahzad/- U T
