JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Kinjar P.S. Case No. 111 of 2018 for offences under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in stealing cash of Rs.17,000/- and four pair of Payal missing from the suitcase of the informant. Learned counsel submits that in the instant case petitioner's name has surfaced only on the basis of the confessional statement of accused Kunal Kumar @ Tiger. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, this Court is inclined to grant bail to him. Let

Case No. 111 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
