The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Lakhisarai (Amhara) P.S. Case No. 224 of 2020 registered under Sections 341, 323, 337, 307, 325, 504 and 324/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. There is case and counter case between the parties. Further submission is that both the parties have sustained injuries in the alleged occurrence. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

No.19023 of 2021(5) dt.22-02-2022 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai (Amhara) P.S. Case No. 224 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
