The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 447, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1)(x) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. It is alleged that the informant was abused by calling caste name and she was being abused when the fatherin-law of the informant came to rescue then he was also abused and assaulted.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that for the occurrence of 09.08.2014 the FIR was
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46516 of 2014 (02) dt.16-04-2015 2/2 registered on 13.08.2014 and the petitioners were Panch in dispute between the informant and her sister-in-law and the petitioners decided the issue in favour of the sister-in-law of the informant and due to which the present case has been lodged. Considering the delayed lodging of the FIR, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad Muffasil P.S. Case No. 196 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) DKS/- U T
