This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act with regard to the recovery of country made pistol.

It is submitted that the petitioner is in jail custody for more than six months.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Chousa P.S.
