The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barbigha P.S. Case No. 10 of 2020, registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. The accusation is of recovery of 336 bottles, each containing 180 ml Indian made foreign liquor, from the basa of the petitioner.

Submission is that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 11.01.2020. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Barbigha P.S.
